Summary
Participants will learn the results of current research on Millennials and narcissism and parents’ tremendous need to learn how to live out and teach their children how to be relationally intelligent.
Learning Objectives
Participants will:
• Identify the state of narcissism with Millennials—are they really the most selfish generation?
• Apply the five core elements of Relational Intelligence that they can live out
• Create a plan for psychologists and licensed mental health professionals to help parents (of all ages) build these five elements of Relational Intelligence into the lives of their children
