Summary
The Christian public is becoming more and more comfortable with coaching as a growth mechanism. Group coaching can impact change through group dynamics and be cost-effective (Armstrong et al., 2013). A powerful and clarifying process for organizing a group coaching program begins with developing a “success path” (McLauren, 2020). A success path is a progressive series of milestones that the group works toward under the coach’s leadership. The end result is the development of a set of skills that is defined as “success” within the program. This workshop will demonstrate how to develop a success path, market, and release a program, and use transformational group coaching tools of teaching, encouraging, and laser-focused coaching (Franklin, 2019) to help move clients forward in the success path to completion. The presentation will also demonstrate how to develop successive paths of success within one’s coaching program for continued growth by clients.

Learning Objectives
Participants will:
• Identify what a success path is and how many steps a success path should have
• Describe laser-focused coaching in a group setting and list five skills used in laser-focused coaching
• Describe five key marketing strategies for launching a successful coaching program and gain skills in developing successive paths of success for your coaching program
