Division Leaders
Ian Jones, Ph.D., Ph.D.,
Ian Jones, Ph.D., Ph.D., is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Marriage and Family Therapist, as well as an Approved Supervisor in both fields. He serves as Executive Director of the BCPPC and IBCC, and directs the AACC’s Biblical Counseling and Spiritual Formation Network. His research focuses on historical pastoral care and biblical foundations for Christian counseling. An author and international presenter, he has received several honors, including the AACC Gary R. Collins Award for Academic Excellence and the Outstanding Research Professor Award at NOBTS.
Ron Hawkins, Ed.D., D.Min
Ron Hawkins, Ed.D., D.Min., is a Licensed Professional Counselor and currently serves as the Chair of AACC’s Executive Board. With over 20 years of experience in mental health counseling, he is the former Provost and Chief Academic Officer at Liberty University.
