Certified Trainers
Jennifer Cisney, M.A., received her Master’s Degree in Counseling from Wake Forest University. She specializes in working with grief, crisis, and trauma and has been instrumental in helping establish the AACC Christian Crisis Response program where she is currently the Team Coordinator.
Sandra Dopf is a graduate of North Texas State; of C.L.A.S.S. (Christian Leaders and Seminar Speakers), Mediation, INC., and holds several certifications in the areas of Collaborative
Law, crisis counseling, and life coaching. Sandra has been featured on the radio, television, and often speaks for events, workshops and weekend retreats.
Kevin Ellers, D.Min., is a
Disaster Services Coordinator for The Salvation Army, president of the Institute for Compassionate Care, an associate chaplain with the Illinois Fraternal Order of Police, on faculty for the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation, and a member of the AACC Crisis Response Training Team. He has training in crisis response, disasters, marriage & family therapy, and social services.

Sharon Hart May, Ph.D., is the originator of the highly acclaimed Haven of Safety Marriage Relationship Intensives and Conferences at the Hart Institute in Pasadena, CA. Sharon is an internationally-known expert in emotionally focused therapy and the author of Safe Haven Marriage.
David Jenkins,Psy.D., is an Associate Professor of Counseling and Coordinator of Clinical Training in the Center for Counseling and Family Studies at Liberty University. He also serves as Clinical Director of the International Board of Christian Counselors of the AACC and is on the Executive Board of the Society for Christian Psychology..
Captain Jim Nelms has worked in the fire/EMS for 20 years. Jim currently serves as the State Coordinator of the Georgia Crisis Response Team. He has led the Henry/Clayton CISM Team from its inception in 1995.
Joshua Straub, Ph.D.
(Candidate), specializes in grief, crisis and traumas, and is a Certified Basic Critical Incident Stress Management Trained-trainer through the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF).
Chaplain Thomas E. Webb, Th.M., is the President of Webb & Associates Chaplaincy Consulting. He has contributed significantly to the role of the Chaplain in CISM.
